FIRME CONSEGNATE 8 febbraio 2017: UNA Cremona ha consegnato al Comune di Cremona le 1294 firme raccolte con questa petizione, per chiedere delle regole più restrittive in merito alla presenza di circhi con animali in città (purtroppo la legge italiana non permette a un sindaco di vietare completamente il circo con animali, essendo attività permessa e sovvenzionata dallo Stato!!). Sindaco e Assessori sono sembrati interessati, ci hanno comunicato che è un tema sul quale stanno già lavorando, con l’intento di predisporre un Regolamento comunale che richieda l’applicazione delle Linee Guida CITES. Abbiamo sottolineato che oltre a prevedere delle regole, sono necessari anche dei seri controlli: ci hanno dato ragione. Vi terremo aggiornati. *** SIGNATURES DELIVERED February 8, 2017: UNA Cremona delivered the Municipality of Cremona 1294 signatures with this petition, asking for more restrictive rules on the presence of circuses with animals in the city (unfortunately Italian laws don't allow a mayor to ban completely the circus with animals, being an activity permitted and subsidized by the state !!). Mayor and Aldermen seemed interested, we were informed that it is a subject on which they are already working, with the intent to prepare a municipal regulation that requires the application of CITES Guide Lines. We pointed out that in addition to providing for rules, even of serious controls are required: they confirmed. We will keep you updated. *** SIGNATURES LIVRÉES 8 février 2017: UNA Cremona a livré à la Municipalité de Cremona les 1294 signatures collectées avec cette pétition, demandant des règles plus restrictives sur la présence de cirques avec des animaux dans la ville (malheureusement la loi italienne ne permet pas à un maire d'interdire complètement la cirque avec des animaux, étant une activité autorisée et subventionnée par l'Etat !!). Maire et Echevins semblaient intéressés, nous avons été informés qu'il est un sujet sur lequel ils travaillent déjà, avec l'intention de préparer un règlement municipal qui exige l'application de la CITES Lignes Guide. Nous avons fait remarquer que, en plus de fournir des règles, même des contrôles sérieux sont nécessaires: ils ont confirmé. Nous vous tiendrons au courant.
