The City of Orlando engineering department came out today and assessed the downtown Baldwin Park areas! They are planning a meeting with the chief of police for Orange County and calling for swift and effective measures on the issues surrounding our community! This is not limited just to the downtown area. They are looking into Baldwin Park as a whole. They are discussing ALL aspects of the community including the safety of our streets, sidewalks, crosswalks and also involving the restaurants with outside dining to ensure the public safety of everyone!!! I was told the issue surrounding the narrow streets and sidewalks where electric vehicles are being used will be a major topic for discussion!!! I am Extremely excited and happy to be part of this initiative to help keep  the people of our beautiful community safe and engaged.
