The Coroner is investigating and I believe an inquest will be opened soon.

The Police are now investigating with a Potential Manslaughter charge.

Thanks for all your support. I will keep the pressure on to keep the momentum going to help our NHS to Help itself by implementing the 2 changes we want. Namely :

No 1. There is a independent body set up to investigate complaints against NHS staff and bodies. 

No 2. When a failure occurs, be it for example lack of care, or failure of treatment, or a second opinion be sought, etc then this is dealt with swiftly and appropriately at the time and not retrospectively after the event.
