Hello,
I just wanted to share with you our 5 phase plan to make this monument to Randy Rhoads come to fruition. Most ideas like this stall because they don't have a plan. Just an idea. Rest assured, we are laser-focused on making this happen and we can't do it without being organized.
The 5 phase plan in the graphic lays out step by step every phase we need to go through. This ensures that each step leads to the next. This is how projects like this succeed.
It starts with people coming together and showing support. That creates the foundation. From there, it opens the door to real conversations with the city and the people who ultimately have to approve something like this.
Once that groundwork is in place, it becomes about putting the resources together to actually make it happen. That leads into the creative side, where the statue is designed and brought to life, and then finally installed where people can experience it.
The reason it’s set up this way is simple. Each step strengthens the next one. Nothing gets skipped, and nothing gets rushed. That’s how something like this becomes reality.
We are currently at the beginning of Phase 2. Becuase of your help, Phase 1 was an absolute success. You signed, you shared and you donated to bring awareness to the Randy Rhoads Memorial Project and myself and the Rhoads family can't thank you enough.
It all comes down to momentum. The more support this gets early on, the more seriously it gets taken every step of the way.
