The photo is of Fab’s pup Taz.  He and she were terrified recently when an aggressive dog with no owner in sight came running at them would not leave them alone.  No physical injuries but the fear and screaming pups have left plenty of emotional scars.  Fab said that she would love to have a Small Breed Section at Hill Street Park, so Taz and his brother can play safely.  She doesn’t use the park currently because they are not safe there.
