Dogs, cats, and all animals need your help. One day, I read a post on FB of a dog that needed help. The person who posted the information said they left a message an hour ago. I lived nearby, so I drove to see if I could find the dog. I did and the dog already crossed the rainbow bridge.

What if there was a dispatch number to call (like a 911)? Would that dog be alive today? How about all the other dogs, cats, and other animals hurt on the side of a road? Would they have had a better ending with a quicker response time? 

This is what this petition is for…the animals! The need for someone to respond to any emergency on the streets or in the community.
