Hartz Mountain is proposing a 905 unit high density apartment complex at 750 Walnut Avenue in Cranford NJ. The town already faces issues due to overdevelopment including but not limited to the strain of overcrowding in our schools, infrastructure, emergency services, traffic and flooding.
