Every day dogs and cats are given away on Craigslist and Facebook. Often, these animals are "adopted" by people (I could think of a better word) who use them as bait animals or for other torturous reasons. People think they are giving their pet to a loving home! There should be a minimum price that needs to be paid to help ensure animals will get a real home besides doing a home check. Please get rid of the FREE PET section of your website Craigslist and Facebook! Please sign this petition so that both of these sites will understand that allowing the posting of free pets can be a death sentence for these poor animals.
