Open a Costco in Minot, North Dakota
The Issue
The north central region of North Dakota has long needed a place to buy bulk items and the closest place to do that is Sams Club in Bismarck over 100 miles to the south. Having a Costco would be a great service to the local region and smaller towns north, east and west of Minot and its surrounding areas.
