Water Troughs In Every Pen At The Laidley Sales Yards, QLD Australia

The issue

Currently there are insufficient troughs to supply drinking water to each & every pen at the Laidley Sales Yard. More irrigation works & infrastructure are required to be approved, funded & installed immediately by Lockyer Regional Council who own the yards. Under the Animal Care & Protection Act 2001 every living creature, particularly captive ones, have a right to fresh drinking water, thus this must be assured of all penned livestock whenever residing at the Laidley Sale Yards however temporarily.
