COVID-19 is a serious concern going around the world and as students of a public college, we are concerned that our health is going to put at risk. This problem needs to be dealt with before things get out of control and students start to get infected. We hope that the El Camino’s administration understands that continuing in-person classes and other activities can put everyone at risk. So many other universities and community colleges have switched to online classes and we shouldn’t wait until one of us gets infected to take action. For the safety of students and faculty, we should cancel classes and move to online academic instruction.
