I live in a very small rural town called Pearly beach where so many of us have more than two dogs, I recently my 5 dogs seized for absolutely no reason other than me having more than I should without a permit but no one else had theirs taken. It seems apparently,there could be a personal vendetta against me regarding some charges I laid against somebody else and they are connected to somebody who happens to be connected to the powers that be. I am of the opinion that that's the reason this was done to me with total disregard for my dogs, or what them all being ripped from a loving home and thrown into cold kennels would be like for them. my dogs were seized IN spite of all attempts to address the supposed issues,and again no one else's...I was also told after seven days I could get my dogs when I went back to get my dogs police was used to attemot to remove me from the property, We have made a huge focus on social media with many people private messaging us, you can go look on my page we have had people right up to an MP looking at this. But still all attempts to deal with the local law enforcement as well as the local councillors and everybody have failed. I laid charges for my dogs being removed, now even saps are attempting to intimidate me, why because in a small town you know what it's like it's a strong clique. I am advised also they seized my dogs unlawfully. Also they did so under threats and intimidation of violence, even saying they would ahoot my dogs if they tried to get them and they went to bite them, forcing us to hand them over, my husband was so scared they will hurt our dogs, there were FIVE officers for over FOUR hours of bullying. So I think they all now want to cover up what they did wrong, and are now going to "cover" with using law again..just my opinion..I have been advised that these by laws regarding taking your dogs is illegal anyways even though it's a bylaw it's illegal my dogs have Now been in the pound for 20 days they eventually told me I can choose some of my dogs back providing I pay the fine and providing I pay the kennel fees and providing my neighbors agree I only have two neighbors one of whom said it wasn't her that reported me the only other neighbor I have is the head of the neighborhood watch and is connected to the community policing forum ( which seems a bit coincidental dont you think,that I had 5 officers come to deal with me and it took them 4hours to bully my dogs out of me when this is my neighbor over the road don't you think.) They ha e never liked me as I am.what I reckon they would call "common" and they I reckon are maybe considered "Larnie" who knows, maybe they weren't involved but I do find it coincidental why won't they give my dogs back,just down the road from me are people with 6 dogs others with 8 one even has 9 many have more than 2 dogs yet not a single person has had their dogs taken away from them and kept away from the. There are people whose dogs run around , causing issues, and there have been many complaints and fines, but they still around. They weren't impounded.Please help me by signing that you agree I should be given my dogs back.its unconstitutional to have my dogs removed for no reason and law enforcement had no right to do that. The WORST is you should see the real animal need and abuse issues in your town,left completely unchecked by law enforcement and our local animal welfare. please sign the petition.
