While we understand that the awarding of special travel passes is at the sole discretion of Air Canada, we the undersigned take issue with C1 Travel Passes being given to ensure attendance to the corporate road show hosted by Mr Ben Smith. Numerous employees cannot attend due to operational requirements, availability and/or lack of opportunity. These employees have been made to feel less valued, less recognized and has undermined earned seniority. This was an offer not based in equality, but as a coercive measure. We respectfully request that this decision be reversed
