Certains partagent mes publications.

4,000 VOICES FOR MOROCCO'S DOGS: THANK YOU! FIFA AND THE MOROCCAN GOVERNMENT, IT IS TIME TO ACT! ❤️🐾
To FIFA, its President Gianni Infantino, and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Dear petition supporters,
WE HAVE SURPASSED 4,000 SIGNATURES!
When I launched this petition at the end of August, I started from zero. Alone, without a major organisation behind me, but with one deeply held conviction: I could not remain silent in the face of the suffering inflicted on animals that have neither the means to defend themselves nor the ability to make their voices heard.
Today, thanks to you, more than 4,000 people have chosen not to look away.
More than 4,000 people have rejected indifference.
More than 4,000 people have decided to stand up for these innocent beings.
To each and every one of you, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. ❤️
But behind this encouraging number lies a terrible reality that we must never forget.
Dogs continue to live on the streets, exposed to hunger, fear, disease and violence. Animal protection organisations have also denounced brutal captures, poisonings and shootings in different parts of Morocco.
These are serious allegations. They call for investigations, transparency and clear answers from the relevant authorities.
These animals did not choose to be born on the streets. They did not choose hunger, fear or abandonment. They are simply asking for the right to live.
2019–2026: SEVEN YEARS LATER, WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE TNVR PROGRAMME?
In 2019, a partnership agreement was signed in Morocco between the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Health, the National Office for Food Safety (ONSSA) and the National Order of Veterinarians.
It provided for the implementation of the TNVR programme, also known as TVNR: trapping, neutering, vaccination and return of dogs to their environment.
This approach aims to gradually manage dog populations, prevent rabies and protect both residents and animals.
Seven years have passed.
Local initiatives have been announced or launched, but what about their actual implementation across the country?
How many dogs have been neutered and vaccinated since 2019?
How many centres are actually operational?
What resources have been allocated, and what measurable results have been achieved?
And above all, what happens to the dogs captured in different Moroccan towns and cities?
These questions are neither provocative nor insignificant.
They deserve public, detailed and verifiable answers.
Let me be perfectly clear: public safety, particularly the safety of children, is essential. Preventing dog bites and rabies must be a public health priority.
But why should we have to choose between human safety and animal protection?
Humane and sustainable solutions exist. They require resources, coherent policies, veterinary monitoring and a genuine commitment to implementation.
Animals are not responsible for delays, failures or inaction by the authorities. They should not have to pay for them with their lives.
FIFA, MOROCCAN GOVERNMENT: WE EXPECT ACTION, NOT JUST PROMISES.
The 2030 FIFA World Cup will be jointly hosted by Morocco, Spain and Portugal.
This international event should embody the values of respect, solidarity and unity.
It must never become a pretext for making animals disappear from the streets.
In its November 2024 evaluation report, FIFA repeated the assurance presented by Morocco's bid that the killing of animals had been prohibited since August 2024.
Yet international animal protection organisations have since reported further alleged cases of dogs being shot or poisoned.
FIFA has also been made aware of these concerns and has taken part in discussions and initiatives relating to animal welfare.
But one question remains:
How are these commitments being monitored, and what concrete safeguards are in place to protect these animals?
I call on FIFA to continue its efforts with greater transparency, demand compliance with the commitments presented, and publicly report on the measures taken to prevent violence against stray dogs.
I call on the Moroccan government to provide a transparent assessment of the policies implemented since 2019, guarantees concerning the fate of captured dogs, thorough investigations into reports of abuse, and effective implementation of solutions that respect animal life.
This is not about setting peoples, cultures or countries against one another. It is about defending a universal principle: an animal's life and suffering deserve our consideration.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE HELPING THIS MOVEMENT GROW ❤️
I would also like to warmly thank the individuals, Facebook groups, animal protection associations, volunteers and animal advocates who, in France, Morocco and other countries, take the time to sign, share and promote this petition.
Some share my posts. Others spread the link among their friends and family, in their groups or on their pages. Still others take a moment to leave a message of encouragement.
None of these gestures is insignificant.
My special thanks go to Yoann LATOUCHE, who agreed to share my petition, and to Dr Marc ABRAHAM, who personally signed it and honoured his commitment to feature my article in the October 2026 newsletter of APDAWG in the United Kingdom.
I also thank Savoir Animal, which published my article about the situation of stray dogs in Morocco, and everyone who is helping, in their own way, to bring international attention to this cause.
Thank you to the associations and volunteers working on the ground, who care for, feed, neuter, rescue and protect animals with admirable dedication.
Thank you also to those who may not have a large audience or significant resources but refuse to remain bystanders.
You are proof that solidarity knows no borders.
4,000 SIGNATURES: A MILESTONE, NOT THE FINAL VICTORY.
Our next target is now 5,000 signatures.
But beyond this number, what I want is real, concrete results.
Animals protected.
Commitments honoured.
Neutering and vaccination programmes genuinely implemented.
Clear answers about the fate of captured dogs.
And an end to the acts of cruelty being reported.
That is why I am asking you: PLEASE DO NOT STOP SHARING THIS PETITION.
If you have already signed, please tell others about it.
Share it in your groups, on your Facebook and Instagram pages, with associations, journalists, public figures and anyone who might support us.
Every share can reach someone who is still unaware of this situation.
Every additional signature strengthens our cause.
I know this campaign is difficult. I know the silence, the refusals, the moments of discouragement and sometimes even the insults.
But when I think of these dogs searching for scraps of food among rubbish, sleeping on the streets, running away in fear, and of those suffering violence, I know why I must continue.
I will continue to challenge FIFA and the Moroccan authorities. I will continue to demand answers. I will continue to defend these animals.
Because no dog should die simply for being considered unwanted.
Because an animal's life should never be sacrificed for the image of a city or the prestige of an international event.
Because a nation's greatness is also measured by how it treats its most vulnerable beings.
To FIFA and the Moroccan government, I ask this question:
HOW MANY MORE DOGS MUST SUFFER BEFORE THESE COMMITMENTS BECOME CONCRETE, VERIFIABLE ACTIONS?
To my first 4,000 supporters, thank you for helping a voice that started from zero reach beyond borders.
I am not asking you for money. I am simply asking you to keep making their voices heard.
The fight is not over. Please do not abandon them now.
❤️🐾 ALONE, WE MAY GO FASTER. TOGETHER, WE GO FURTHER.
ANIMALS HAVE NO BORDERS. NEITHER SHOULD OUR SOLIDARITY.
THEY HAVE NO VOICE. WE CAN BE THEIRS.
