After being on Bill Litsingers show, The Voice, on 8/11/2020 heard here

and explaining what was happening with the Linscotts pit and the decisions being made, and questioning the integrity of the decision makers and Linscotts, the radio station called to let Bill know he was not welcome back, where he has worked for YEARS, because Lana Kay Reality, owned by a Linscott, had called and threatened the radio station claiming if Bill was to be put back on the air - for either of his programs -The Voice or Face to Face, their ads would be pulled from the station.
I was shocked to hear the radio station didn't back Bill, as it clearly says prior to every show a disclaiming that opinions are not of Blue Sky broadcasting, but of the host and his guest, and that the show is controversial. If you think this is BOGUS and that opinions and truth should be allowed with the 1st amendment being disallowed then please contact the radio station and complain. IMPORTANT: AUG 27TH hearing has been cancelled/postponed for now, but the planning and zoning commissioners are changing the wording on AM0011-20, the Mining Ordinance, in attempt to make Linscott legal. The changes include attempting to change the laws regarding nonconforming /grandfathered land, so that grandfathered land will not to include mines, in attempt to make Linscotts pit legal.
I listened to the workshop which was not posted to the public under AM0011-20, nor under the Mining Ordinance, but after other hearings and only on that days agenda, and with Matt Linscott on the committee, the planning commissioners attempted to work the amendment around attempting to change the laws, which would also benefit the Linscotts pit.
We will soon have a new date with new information all changed to try to get Linscotts pit off being illegal, and without permits, and with outgrowth of the grandfathered property by 400+%.
Updates on the new public hearing will be sent as soon as we know.
Please reach out to Blue Sky Broadcasting and let them know that the TRUTH Is more important than ONE company advertisement and one person losing this job for allowing the truth to be heard is ABSURD.
