Tomorrow we will face off against the County, Interstate, and Linscotts attorneys - we will be battling to keep the Sagle asphalt plant away from Sagle.

Our judicial review will be heard in front of Judge Jeff Brudie, from Lewiston, and our attorney, Gary Allen, will be battling for us. Gary is the lead author of the Idaho Land Use Handbook, which is a land use reference book widely used around the state. So we trust in him.
