If someone was putting  a peanut factory next to you and you had allergies wouldn't you trust the the doctors notes and hope the County Commissioners would read them and listen to you so you won't have to MOVE?

We had people speak about their health issues when the asphalt plant ran temporarily at the Linscott pit. One had to leave her home COMPLETELY, one had such trouble breathing, others had problems with being outside. We proved through CDC and OSHA it causes health problems and breathing problems OVERWHELMINGLY but those concerns were not taken into consideration because the people claim it doesn't bother THEM! This is called discrimination!

Bonner County Code 12-223 says: for have a Conditional Use Permit says Neither will be dangerous or hazardous to anyone on or adjacent to the property! 

We had proof it WILL cause people problems ON and ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY. 

I ask you to please consider helping with this reconsideration.
