We all signed this 1st petition to bring light to Maui's rigged system of land development. The exploitation affects every one of us, our kids and our environment.

Maui's lawyers have made it their business to do everything they can to protect that exploitation.

We see it in the Injection Well case where outside financial interests are driving Corp Counsel (and the Mayor) to ignore the County Council's legitimate vote to settle the case and withdraw it from the Supreme Court.  They have no right to do that. 

As a community, we need to fight back and support our Council's vote, they are our voice!

One way to do that is the get the Council to use the powers given to it under the Charter to launch a performance review investigation of Corporation Counsel.

Doing so will shine a light on the lawyer's conflicts of interest and lies, and will force a draining of the swamp that is Maui's Corporation Counsel.
