Communication is Key!

After speaking to someone who worked hard to get the rights to the few campsites they do have and use every year for themselves, I've decided to tweak the request. I don't think that it would be fair to take away campsites from people who use them personally every year. Our target again is the people who buy more than they need just to flip them for a profit. Because of this, I changed the petition to say there should be limits on amounts of sites people could own, before considering making it a first come first serve on a release date.
