Greater Philadelphia Asian Social Service Center(GPASS), ran by YoAn Kim in the Olney/Logan area, is a dedicated individual with the passion to provide assistance to residents citywide, connecting people with needed resources and information, bridge the cultural and language gap, strengthen families, enrich lives, and sustainable in our communities. 5th and Ruscomb has been the centralized/headquarters to GPASS operates for over 20 years; serving over 100,000 individuals and families.
