Private firework use has gotten out of control on July 4th and New Year's Eve in the Las Vegas area. Illegal use of Fireworks causes fires, noise pollution and PTSD symptoms in both Humans and Animals. 

We propose higher fines of $2000.00 or more for first time offenders and making a few examples of offenders to aid in people complying with current laws.
