PC3 -the final Hearing for Stockade Hill views

Last month we presented at a Hearing on PC4 to prevent 18 storey buildings being built from Crawford Reserve to the Village. The next phase is Plan Change 3 . This is the protection of Stockade Hill Views in the way the Council set out in February. This would ensure no buildings over 8 metres front Mellons Bay Rd, It does not give us a return to Single Housing as two apartments can be built per section. We intend to face Housing Corporation's claim for greater intensification with strong evidence and also demand that the viewshaft should be widened even further to ensure the views from Crawford Reserve are also defined,
