KPH granted an Immediate Article 4 Direction

We had some great news about our other petition just before Christmas: The KPH has been served an Immediate Article 4 Direction by RBKC. This one that means planning permission would be required for a change of use. It's only effective for 6 months but the Council have it in their power to make it permanent, so the lobbying continues here: http://tinyurl.com/kphunited-Article4 We still need your help on this petition!
