A Council that listens to its community are removing 66 plane trees!

Not all Councils ignore the community. The Southern Grampians Shire Council whose motto is “your community your voice” rather than North Sydney Councils motto led by Mayor Zoe Baker which probably goes something like this “death to the pedestrian peasants”.
SGS Council are removing 66 plane trees that are not even life threatening to pedestrians like those in Neutral Bay. 
We only have 14 that need to be replaced with Brisbane Box or Australian Tulip or Luscious water gum. The bike lanes are gonna be scrapped so Councillors get onto the NSW Transport Minister or NSW Planning Minister and beg for some $ for some very mature trees it’s time to redeem yourselves!
