John Lee has admitted on Twitter that he was one of participants wined and dined in Las Vegas. He says he reimbursed the cost of the trip, but the indictment says that the check was falsified to look like it was written before the FBI interviewed Lee and that the $442 amount of the check was far smaller than the tens of thousands of dollars of benefit the group received from the trip.
