We need sheltered spaces for disabled and parent and child car parking. 

This is available in Europe in some places but it should be rolled out here everywhere in the UK considering the weather we have. 

Having first hand experience with a disabled parent and a new baby, I am tired of getting soaking wet when trying to get them sorted and out of the car. 

How can anyone expect someone to struggle getting into a wheelchair in the pouring rain. These shelters wouldn’t be that expensive.
