How they are currently turning this farm at Arch Hill into more cheaply built yet unaffordable concrete chaos... for whom? Not my kids? Yours? According to the planning file, this was a brownfield site!! When I quizzed Mason, he said it was an admin error, and blamed Kenwyn parish council. No wonder this planning application won on appeal in 2015 after failing in 2008 due to flooding, traffic and air quality concerns. What's changed since then, Mr Mason?
