Convicted MURDERERS receiving government funded sex reassignment surgeries.

Convicted MURDERERS receiving government funded sex reassignment surgeries.
The Issue
This petition is in regards to a 57 year old man who will be funded by the state of California and the US government after he and his accomplice committed the heinous 1980 crimes of robbery, kidnapping and the brutal murder of a 33 year husband/father of two in Los Angles, California. Rodney James Quine (CDC# C34038) AKA Shiloh Heavenly Quine, 57, of Mule Creek State Prison was approved by California prison officials to receive a 100% State/Government funded sex-reassignment surgery along with all follow up medical care, medications, hormones and female-oriented commissary items (necklaces, nightgowns, slippers, sandals, ect.).
Let's start with who is affected by this: The victims of the murders and crimes committed, You and your tax dollars and all of our youth who are getting an example of what is acceptable in our society (murder).
Moving on to what we can do to put a stop to this and set a better example of the consequences of violent crimes.
+ Contacting and informing those who are responsible for the approval of this surgery about how we as law abiding citizen feel about this and how it affects our lives. I'll provide a list of those we can contact starting at the CDRC and moving up through our state assembly and legislature.

This petition means so much to me personally because my family and I have been victims of murder and another terrible crime. We fought hard for 8 years for the convictions of the murderers. I've seen the terrible side of our justice system and watched the injustice our families suffered for years. I cannot fathom the horror and injustice that the daughters and family of the man that was murdered by Rodney James Quine (CDC# C34038) AKA Shiloh Heavenly Quine must feel knowing that the monster will recieve, with our tax dollars, a surgery to "better his quality of life after he stole life and quality from all those affected by this tragic crime. Thank you for your time! Please sign and Share. Help bring justice to all of the lives lost by murder and the lives forever changed by a murder.
In Loving Memory of Brother.
Again thank you!
Sincerely, Mallory Peskett
