Setting up Covid Seva Kendras

Dear Fellow Petitioners,

We now have more than 27K signatures in support of converting Schools to Hospitals. But that is not the news. The news is that we are still having approximately 4 lakhs cases per day and the official figure of fatalities is a very high 4000 per day.

We are falling short of everything- beds, oxygen, medicines, injections. Our vaccination rates are still woefully low. This is what is causing loss of lives. 

In an interview given recently, Dr Anthony Fauci, medical advisor to President of United States recommended setting up field hospitals as one does in war settings so that everyone who needs a hospital bed will get one. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqtBpQlhjZw)

It is heartening to note that many organizations are now coming forward to setting up covid seva kendras having oxygen facilities with the active cooperation of civil society, industry, NGOs, hospitals and district administration. This is one example being set up in Faridabad in Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXTcxtWowI0)

There is another one being set up at Mount Carmel School, New Delhi. Pathways School in Gurgaon too has offered its space to set up another one. 

We would like as part of this campaign to collect information on Covid seva kendras being set up in different states across the country and are eliciting your help in getting this information.
