After getting nowhere with BRC, and by nowhere I mean no response on the investigation Valerie at BRC claimed she would perform at this property, I have teamed up with a local group in Albany, CASTR (Control Albany Short Term Rentals). They too over the past two-three years have been compiling complaints and evidence for lack of enforcement surrounding STRs in Albany County.
