Continue the search for Corrie McKeague
The Issue
We want the search for missing RAF serviceman Corrie McKeague in the Cambridgeshire landfill to continue/restart until he is found and the area is thoroughly searched.
Corrie, 23, from Fife Scotland has been missing since 24th September 2016 after going out with some friends in Bury. He was last since on CCTV at approx 03.24am walking into an enclosed area used for waste collection, but he is not seen leaving the area. It does show a refuse lorry making a collection. His mobile phone data shows movement from Bury to Barton Mills, which is the route of the refuse lorry. Also, the lorry weighed over 15 stone although was originally reported as being much lighter.
Corries family and friends deserve to know if he is actually in the landfill, after the police waiting weeks before starting the search, it is disgraceful that they would end the search without finding him but claiming he is in there. Why start a job if you are not going to complete it? There have been many failings by the police regarding this missing young man. He deserves to be located and his family/friends deserve closure. If he is not in there then at least it's been checked properly, after too many mistakes.
I have been following the search for Corrie since it began 10 months ago and have been speaking to Corrie’s mum, Nicola, who has been tirelessly trying to find her son. I started this campaign to help them.
On the 18th June Corrie became a father, his child deserves to know the truth. Please sign and share. Thank you. #FindCorrie
