Greetings all you wonderful supporters!
By now you may know that Judge Tabit denied our injunction on Monday. And the NEMT/Gilbane Building Company wasted no time to destroy the forest, they began cutting down trees in the rain first thing this morning. It is a sad day, and a maddening one because this didn't need to happen.
We continue to examine all our options at this point and are looking at developing a program to help prevent this sort of thing from happening in MA again.
We need some time to assimilate what has happened and we will keep you updated. We continue to need funding for our efforts, especially for our legal fees, so please, don't give up on us quite yet!
By the way, you may want to Google 'Gilbane Building Company lawsuits'. You might be surprised at what you find.
