One small section of the expert Affidavit from John C. Chessia, P.E. that was sent to the Judge now deciding on our Injunction. 

This professional  expert in the field of stormwater and civil engineering, agrees with the assessment of the Wakefield Conservation Commission and other scientists who have studied the stormwater issues on the hilltop site.

" 8. Given the extent of work in proximity to sensitive wetland resources areas, the plans provided do not demonstrate the construction sequencing phase of the project can be implemented without impacts to jurisdictional wetlands."

In other words, the project as proposed will harm the wetlands and does not comply with the Wetland Protection Act.

The Judge as of this writing has not yet made a Decision on the Injunction. We will keep you updated, of course!
