The letter states the following:  We urge the Conservation Commission to deny this project because construction of the NEMT school in the proposed location will violate the interests of the Wetlands Protection Act. Despite all attempts at mitigation, if allowed, this work would result in permanent impairment to wetland resources and their essential functions including protecting water quality and preventing pollution; flood control and storm damage prevention, and providing wildlife habitat, all vital to the interest of the Wetlands Protection Act.
