Please spread the word and ask people to sign our petition to stop the Voke from cutting down a vital forest.  We don't want the forest to disappear. What that means for the Whip-poor-will.. It will lose a key habitat to live and lay its eggs. 

Did you know bristles around the mouth of the eastern whip-poor-will help it snag its prey of flying insects.  These nighthawks lay their eggs so that the hatchlings emerge just before a full moon, allowing parents to spend all night gathering insects for their newborn young.
