100,000 signatures!!!! I'm so proud of our community and the efforts all of you have put in to spread the word. EA made a HUGE mistake, and we are on a mission to show them how much we love Battlefront II and want the franchise to continue.
Our goal at this point is sustained noise and campaigning for more Battlefront. While it might take awhile for EA to decide to continue the franchise, the way I see it, they could eventually do one of two things that would result in a victory for this petition...
1. Revive Battlefront II. Perhaps a remaster for next gen consoles, or perhaps simply add some more DLC, paid or free.
2. Begin talks about developing a Battlefront 3.
It's possible we have already begun to make an impact, as EA announced earlier this week that they will "double their efforts" to add games to the Star Wars roster. This is GREAT news for us Star Wars gamers! Read the article here:
Now for people who think petitioning and repeatedly asking EA for something is pointless, check out the following article about the recently announced and highly requested Skate 4:

As you can see, people have been requesting this game for years. Would EA have made a Skate 4 without all of the noise from fans? I don't know, but I'm guessing the noisy fans helped this along! WE COULD DO THE SAME, if we don't give up! We love the Battlefront franchise and want it to continue! Most video game petitions don't come close to 100,000 signatures, so we have a lot to be proud of.
