We've hit a milestone with 111 signatures already, and I'm incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who have shown your support. Our mission to reduce noise pollution affecting neighbors in Pinegate North, Burning Tree, and Streamwood/Fairway East by erecting a noise barrier between 481 and Soule Road in New York is gaining momentum!
To further amplify our message and ensure our voices are heard, I encourage everyone to take the following actions:
Contact Local Media: Reach out to the Your Stories Team with Channel 9. They can help bring attention to our cause and shed light on the impact of noise pollution on our communities. Find out how by clicking here.
Connect with WAER: As a local NPR affiliate, WAER is an influential platform to share our story. John Smith can be reached at 315-443-4046 or Scott Willis at 315-443-4046 or srwillis@syr.edu. Let's make sure our concerns are heard through this channel.
Write a Letter to the Editor: The Post Standard is a local newspaper, and addressing our concerns through their editorial section can garner more attention and support. Find out how to do so here.
Feel free to suggest other avenues we can explore to get the message out and get the state to take action! Together, we can make a real difference in improving the quality of life for our communities. Let's keep pushing forward and spreading the word!
Thank you all for your continued support and dedication to this cause.
