Patients are living in a very toxic mold environment. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health facility Inspector for Bridewater State Hospital said "I am concerned with Disease Transmission".  

The facility inspector found over 500 repeated violations. 

Here is an article relating to mold found inside a Pittsburg hospital causing the death of five patients. The hospital leadership team ignored the warnings.
