Our bill was raised as a concept by the Connecticut Public Health Committee - meaning it will be getting a public hearing this year! A date has not yet been set, but I will let all of you know when it is. Each and everyone one of you helped make this happen - your support has brought awareness and created a much needed push, and I cannot thank you all enough for that. I am not only an activist - I am also a resident of Connecticut who is counting on this bill in order to be able to access healthcare safely and with dignity. When myself and my fellow Connecticut residents are able to do that, it will be in no small part because of your help and support!
