Hi everyone,
We’re heading into the final days of the municipal election, and I have an invitation to pass along to everyone on the Sooke traffic and tax petition lists.
I would have happily shared information or invitations from any candidate who asked. The only candidates who reached out were the Sooke First team: Kevin Pearson, Janet Evans, Herb Haldane, Elliott Lifton, Rob Pearce, Curtis Peterec and Christine Thomas.
They’ve invited you to join them today at 4 p.m. at The Castle for a Burma-shave. That’s a roadside gathering where supporters wave to passing drivers, and have FUN!
If you’re still undecided, come by, meet them and ask your questions. You don’t have to be a supporter to have a conversation, and who knows, maybe some other candidates will come along too!
See you there!
