Congress to Address CIA/Military MKUltra Tortures & Murders
The Issue
MKUltra is Slavery.
MKUltras are slaves used by the military/industrial complex, CIA, and Corporations to Murder Foreign Leaders/Diplomats who stand in the Way of Anglo-Dutch Satanic Empire's Looting of foreign nations. The CIA/Military Industrial Complex are in essence War Criminals. MKUltras are created by torturing a very young person (basically a child) until the tortured persons' mind breaks into pieces. [This is the only way extreme torture can be survived without becoming Insane. Those that do not Dissociate become INSANE and Expendable (murdered & disposed of) by the 'Deep State'.]
After torturing a child into dissociation Military/CIA programmers work with portions of the dissociated Brain. These programmers are PhD's, M.D.'s and Military Colonels. They are basically all Criminals involved in Nuremburg type crimes against humanity.

Prosecutions by Citizens needs to be initiated as governments are clearly unable to clean up their own corruption as shown in COVID Frauds and Vaccine Murder Injections causing Massive Deaths Around the World.
