It's no secret that due process in America is under attack. Many persons are worried about the impending death of the Presumption of Innocence -- see image.

So beginning tomorrow, November 1, we will be launching a month-long campaign to end Victim-Centered methods, especially on college campuses. The campaign is titled, "Victim-Centered: Death of Due Process."

We're not going to announce our planned activities right now because frankly, we don't want to tip our hand to the "lurkers" we know are seeing this message!

Throughout the month of November, we will be asking you to:

• Forward this petition, to your friends, family, and neighbors -- we now have over 3,400 signers...yay!
• Warn local college administrators about the risk of lawsuits if they continue to rely on victim-centered investigations.
• Contact state lawmakers, urge them to enact legislation to assure impartial and balanced investigations — see Section 105 of the model Campus Equality, Fairness, and Transparency Act
