BIASED INVESTIGATIONS ON CAMPUS AND IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM HAVE BECOME A CANCER IN OUR SOCIETY.

Recently, a judge ruled in favor of Harris Fogel, a professor at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Judge Mark A. Kearney ruled, “A university subject to federal civil rights law must ensure its investigation into the sexual harassment claims is free of gender bias.”

Kearney wrote that during the investigation, "the university ignored the same male professor's claims of sexual harassment by his female supervisor at a 2015 conference; and the university dean repeatedly expressed a personal dislike of the male professor.”

Amazingly, Start By Believing is openly telling investigators to start their probe with a presumption of guilt.
