Daniel Jones spent four-and-a-half months in prison based on his fiancee's accusation of assault and rape. Sarah Jane Parkinson would turn up to work with self-inflicted bruises and marks.

Fortunately, detective Leesa Alexander was able to prove the woman was a compulsive liar. Parkinson was sent to prison for three years for making false rape accusations and faking a crime scene.

But Jones is now left with legal fees of $600,000.
