100 signatures strong, thank you

Thank you. One hundred people have now signed to ask Congress to let Chapter 35 pay for real college programs for disabled veterans' children, including programs like Aspiring Scholars at CSUSM that were built for students with disabilities.

When this started, it was one family and one set of closed doors. Now it is 100 voices, and our next step is 200 signatures.
