Hello, my name is Jeri Simmons and I am a retired Federal employee. I have been a targeted individual and used as an experimental lab rat with my civil liberties, freedom and rights all taken away. I have been falsely profiled and cannot obtain any info or help as to why I am being tortured everyday by a well-organized citizens militia. I suspect the CIA is involved based on where I am hit, and also believe that this domestic terrorism operation is being protected by the FBI. It appears that the torture program is coordinated out of a local DHS Fusion Center. I am under constant surveillance and stalked wherever I go.

If you do a search on the computer under targeted individuals, directed energy weapons, CIA harassment of Americans, etc, you will see that this torture operation has grown by leaps and bounds. You will read heartbreaking descriptions of tortured and targeted individuals such as Vic Livingston. There are many books on Amazon under targeted individuals and gang stalking. There is a lot of money being made by what I suspect is a DOD or Homeland Security contractor.

I tried to work hard for the Federal Government. I have not commited a crime, am not a terrorist or communist, do not have foreign ties, but what I think is happening is that people (mostly Federal and Military personnel) are being selected as torture subjects based on personal, political, social or ethnic bias. If one reads about the Navy contractor employee who was formerly in the Navy reserves, who killed those people at the Navy yard, you will read articles (such as the one in Examiner.com--type in directed energy weapons under their search engine). He was trying to get help and saying that he was being bombarded with microwaves and low frequency radio waves. If there is even the remote possibility that Americans are being experimented on to see if they will do certain things, it is a very sad day for America. I too am being experimented on with microwaves and radiowaves and I am hit everyday by people who have portable directed energy weapons, and lasers. I want my name cleared. I want the torture to stop. I am a 65 year old woman and yes, I could die of a heart attack, or in a car accident, or in a home invasion robbery, but don't be so quick to believe that, because I am a target and most likely will be killed by directed energy which induces a heart attack, or develop cancer. Please help all of us targeted individuals that are being experimented on and tortured.
