Passed unanimously in the Senate, the House in 2021 tabled the Sunshine Protection Act S. 623 within 2 minutes of receiving the Bill. Now that Congress has reconvened and has a new House Speaker, let's ask them to visit the Bill and finally end bilateral time changes.
