To every Canadian who believes in justice, equality, and human dignity, we need your voice.

Sign the official petition to the Government of Canada demanding anti-Black racism laws to protect Black Canadians from systemic discrimination that continues to devastate lives across this country.

The Canadian Human Rights Commission has failed to uphold the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms by neglecting to protect Black public service workers from anti-Black racism and marginalization within Ontario’s government institutions.

Black Canadians are still forced to navigate racial barriers in every aspect of life — from healthcare and housing to employment and education. And now, our children are paying the price. Black children, as young as 4 years old, are facing anti-Black hate at the hands of the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. This is unacceptable.

Without specific anti-Black legislation, the systemic nightmare that haunts Black Canadians will never end.
