In 1994 I changed my last name from Haskie to Thompson, because I never got to know my father, and I wanted my mothers maiden name.
I petitioned tribal court to recognize and enforce the State of Oregon judgement of change of name, and Chief Judge Bill Johnson rendered an order recognizing Oregon's order.
Since the date of judgement was entered, Bill Johnson violated said order by calling me in public by my former last name and he would make a point of it when he was with someone.
I grew tired of him violating his own order so I filed a judicial fitness complaint against him with Dave and deb since he was a contracted employee at the time, and nothing was done to hold him accountable.
It takes a panel of judges to remove a sitting judge.
That fall Bill Johnson authored and proposed a constitutional amendment in GC that would separate tribal court, but in the original amendment I have states it only protectes the chief judge and not the justice system.
I would have submitted a timely notice of intent to file a lawsuit, but with newly discovered evidence of a biased court, and a corrupt Executive Management authorized by the BOT to declare war on me for witnessing Dave, Deb and all BOT members except Armand he didn't attend the May 24th 2014 BOT Work Session. When OLC staff advised all of them that what they are allowing Dave and Deb to do is against federal and tribal laws.
HR unlawful disciplinary action
Terry Warhol and Joey Lavadour were coerced, Intimidated and harassed by Dave Tovey and Deb Croswell in their offices to terminate my employment at any and all cost, and they were forced to banish me to the LH.
I was unlawfully disciplined without any avenue of relief from being declared a Security Risk, and my subsequent banishment to the Longhouse.
Criminal activity of Social services child welfare investigators
Alex Nilo my niece acted in collusion with former HR Dir. Unlawfully notarized a power of attorney and coerces and intimidated me, my wife and my minor enrolled tribal member daughter.
When Alex and her coworker posses as a UTPD Detective and threatened to arrest my minor child and gave a verbal notice to my wife, daughters that they had 30 days to get out of my mothers house.
I filed several criminal complaints against Sgt Yoshihari since it was he and Alex who called me while I was at work, in Sept. Of 2016 during round up week. They threatened to have me arrested if I went onto my mothers property.

Using a falsified legal documents Power of Attorney to intimidate or coerce people is against federal, tribal and state laws. The chief of police knew because I told him and sent him a recording of our conversation I had with Yoshihari. He told my wife he hated me and that he wished I was dead.
The prosecutor are in on Dave and Debs cover up as well as well you know because you and I knew that the Prosecutor was on contract with J.D. Williams when he was asked to fill the prosecutor position. The law firm reccomended that deb get first dibs on property that was given back to the CTUIR after it was unlawfully taken by the city of Pendleton for alleged water supply for the city of Pendleton.
Because they went to college and helped bring the CTUIR to what it is today, is not a legitimate rationale to allow these people to go unpunished for violating federal and tribal laws to cover their crimes, and to use the full resources of the CTUIR tribal police, executive management, BOT, OLC, Prosecutor, tribal court and social services to coerce, intimate and harass me and my family for WHISTLEBLOWING!!! A protected class.
They should be prosecuted to the full extent of federal law, and not in tribal court as the tribal court has demonstrated to be a biased Court, and tainted by the BOT .
I demand a criminal investigation to be iniated, and the supervion of the investigation should be ensured by the federal government in conjunction with CTUIR staff to ensure an unfettered investigation, and prosecution, and I demand a fair settlement for federal civil rights violations, HR violations, criminal acts committed to me, criminal acts committed by CTUIR staff.
