I was told on June 2nd that I was going home July 1st 2024, by facility staff as directed by VADOC central offices.

In an unfortunate error on behalf of VADOCs COurts and Legal Department, I was given a flase release date for this past July 1st and was not released.

I was told that they tried to issue extra good time earning release for the Breaking and Entering charge, and upon correcting their mistake I will not be released until September 2027.

I was informed about this error on June 27th, roughly 4 days prior to my originaly stated release.

I am currently in a state of shock, mixed with stress to the extent that I feel physical effects. Suffice it to say that I am not feeling well and I ma struggling to get back on my feet.

I am hoping for a miracle here, a lawyer or some form of relief, but I do not have the means, so the light is very dark right now.

Mom is struggling as well, and there is nothing I can do for my family and loved ones from in here.

I am beside myself, and so far no one has reached out to my family to tell them what happened. I am left to be the only one to share this news that has left my soul a broken mess.

I hope no one ever has to have hope ripped from their grasp the way I have just sufferred. I hope the very best for all of you.
